Meditation Classes
During the Meditation classes you will learn to recognize and manage your thoughts and feelings, letting go of what you cannot control.
Formal mindfulness practice (body scan and meditation) and informal practice (in daily activities) work hand in hand in developing mindfulness more effectively in your life.
During the classes you will learn fundamental meditation techniques, explore and practice around the topics of “doing” versus “being”, letting go and dealing with physical discomfort/ irritations.
What to expect:
– 60 minutes gentle sessions
– expert guidance to help you cultivate mindfulness in your daily life

Meet your teacher

My name is Sean Sean Tee. I was a math teacher at a secondary school, with a Master’s degree in education (majoring in mathematics).
I grew up in a Buddhist household. My journey into mindfulness began at a young age. The early exposure to meditation was around the age of 12. Then, during my university years, I continued learning and practicing mindfulness meditation by attending weekly meditation classes and retreats during school breaks.
It wasn’t until facing the sickness and death of loved ones in recent years that I truly understood the profound impact mindfulness could have. In the face of challenges and hardships, I found solace and strength. It became my anchor, guiding me through turbulent times and empowering me with a newfound resilience.
Now, as I reflect on my journey, I am inspired to share the gift of mindfulness with others. Through my personal experiences and learnings, I am committed to guiding others for their well-being and inner peace.
